About AVLI on Atlantic:

Soon to be Inglewood’s only luxury concrete condo building, AVLI on Atlantic is a seven-storey, 64 unit building. The condominium project is currently under construction after breaking ground in early May 2017 with occupancy scheduled for Fall 2018. As of June 2017 there are 23 condos left available for purchase.

AVLI is located on 9th Avenue (Atlantic Avenue) in Calgary’s premier neighbourhood, Inglewood. The bottom floor will be comprised of five retail units at the front of the building and four live/work units at the back. Residential units on the top six floors are a wide range of sizes being anywhere from 545 sq.ft. to 2,200 sq.ft. costing between $350,000 and $1.5 Million.

With its location in Inglewood, named Canada’s greatest neighbourhood in 2014 by the Canadian Institute of Planners, AVLI is walking distance from the Calgary Zoo, restaurants such as Without Papers (WOP) – Pizza, the Hose & Pub which is built in Calgary’s original Firehall #3 that was constructed in the year 1906 (directly to the left of AVLI), and Ironwood Stage and Grill which showcases great local, national and international bands. Located directly across the street from AVLI, is one of the largest privately funded art galleries in Calgary, the Esker Foundation.

With everything at the street level designed to contribute to the street and foster community engagement, AVLI will be a great place to meet for lunch or shopping. Community members and visitors of Inglewood will be able to visit the market which will be resurrected in the space between the AVLI site to the parking lot of the Hose & Hound every Saturday as well as other community events that will be held in the space.
